Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation conditions:

– Cancellations outside of 24hrs of your appointment – no charge

– Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment – 50% charge of booked service

– No shows and cancellations within ONE HOUR of your appointment – 100% of booked service

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.

We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. In this case, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.
